Introduction to Hairdressing and makeup

This introductory workshop is the perfect option for current school students or recent graduates who are interested in a creative career in the hair and makeup industry.

Our workshops are facilitated by industry renowned hairdressing stylists and makeup artists who in addition to being employed by leading salons, also work on creative projects such as T.V, film and fashion parades.

Participants in this course can expect to improve their personal grooming skills and learn what  opportunities are available from a career as a hairdresser and makeup artist.

Students can either complete the workshops as a 3-day package or simply attend the Introduction to Hairdressing (2 days) or Introduction to Makeup (1 Day) workshops individually. The program includes:

Intakes:

These workshops are available throughout the year and every school holidays (April, July, October and January).

Requirements

Participants are required to wear black/white clothing and enclosed toes shoes (at all times) and bring a note pad, ruler and pens to the workshops.
